WOOD PATCH

With it's higher solid content, Wood Patch is used for large fill areas and for spot filling before and during sanding. Wood Patch can also be thinned and used as a Full-Trowel Filler; simply mix 1-2 cups of water per one gallon of Wood Patch, and trowel floor as directed below.

Instructions for Use:
Remove all dust, oil and wax. Apply with trowel or putty knife. Press into place, building up patch slightly higher than surrounding surface. Deep areas should be filled in layers, allowing sufficient time for each layer to dry. Sand in customary manner. Clean up tools and finished surfaces with water before material dries. Test on small area before using. Always wear a NIOSH/MSHA dust mask when sanding. DO NOT BLEACH.

FULL-TROWEL FILLER

Full-Trowel Filler is thinner, and designed to spread across the surface of the wood floor. It will also fill cracks, small holes and pores of grain in the wood. Excess filler should be removed.

Instructions for Use:
Rough-sand floor, making sure to remove all wax, oils, etc. (Spot-fill larger voids prior to trowel-filling and during dry time.) Prior to final sand, quickly screen floor, vacuum dust, then pour a workable puddle of Full-Trowel Filler on the floor. Trowel-fill entire floor, back and forth across the cracks and voids to ensure deep penetration, removing excess filler as you go. Allow to dry thoroughly before sanding. Test on small area before using. Always wear a NIOSH/MSHA dust mask when sanding. Covers approximately 600 to 1,000 square feet. Clean up tools and finished surfaces with water before product hardens. DO NOT BLEACH.
